  • Removal of purchased games or items by the platform’s support team without customer violation.
  • Permanent account bans not caused by customer misconduct.

2. Return and Refund Conditions

Returns and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  2. Content removal: Purchased games or items are removed through no fault of the customer.
  3. Technical defects: The account is unusable due to verified technical errors.
